As an immersive experience designer, sparks crafts unexpected experiences that leverage wonder, physicality and collective imagining to provoke systemic change. They get fired up about building strange and enchanted worlds that provoke new perspectives, elicit behavioral shifts and imagine better futures. They are a 2024 graduate of Odyssey Works’ Experience Design Certificate Program and a member of the World Experience Organization.
As a qualitative researcher with an insatiable curiosity and deep fascination with humankind, sparks has come to cherish the art of asking questions. Asking the right questions enables them to evaluate existing experiences, improve broken systems and imagine better futures. sparks has been conducting people research, facilitating workshops and designing experiences in the big tech, government, nonprofit and immersive sectors for the past decade. They've led generative and evaluative research initiatives for a variety of projects from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.
